We are a diverse group of people from many different backgrounds, ages, and faith traditions possessing a multitude of gifts.  Many of us are retired.  Many are still hard working.  Some of us are in school.  And some of us finished long ago.  Regardless, we all seek to be faithful disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Our mission at FPC is to glorify God by inviting ALL people to hear God's word and by nurturing and equipping them to become disciples of Jesus Christ.

As people of God, we at First Presbyterian Church, are called to be servants of Jesus Christ in our community and in the world.

That being said, we are a proud Matthew 25 church in the PCUSA. 

We feel strongly that it is the responsibility of the local church to identify and promote opportunities for its members (and the community at large) to be servants in the world, and to provide financial support to those outreach ministries.
